Financial Services Representative II FSR

RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Greet and assist members and visitors
✔ Process transactions and maintain records
✔ Assist with account services and member requests
✔ Provide loan information and application assistance
✔ Open new member accounts
✔ Build strong member relationships
✔ Assist with safe deposit boxes and notary services
✔ Complete required training and certifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, banking, financial services, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Basic math and computer skills
• Professional, dependable, and confidential

HOUSTON, TX $18/HOUR
M-F 8:45AM-5:15PM
EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 8:45AM-1:15PM
