About the role
The ODA Group’s client, a division of a Fortune 500 firm, is looking for a Financial Systems Manager. This role supports projects across the finance and accounting organization, representing the business and working with technical teams. It offers the opportunity to join a new division and help build it from the ground up, and to establish this function as a stand-alone group.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process and systems enhancements.
- Plan systems implementations, including testing, training, deployment communications and procedure updates.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to review project status, set priorities and align business and technical requirements across system design.
- Lead system and process enhancements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with implementations, automation and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Accounting and/or finance experience is a plus.
