Finishing Engineer or Architect

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer is an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction/finishing works (Finishing Engineer or Architect)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in site supervision and project implementation (Field Architect or Engineer)
- (Field Architect or Engineer) Knowledgeable in Construction materials, methods, and standard specifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other related software
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site in Manila

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the implementation of plans, specifications, and quality standards on site
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of finishing works/ construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely completion of project requirements
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and other technical documents
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings as required
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
