Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service and installation reports. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in fire and security systems. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience installing and maintaining fire and security systems. Industry certifications in fire alarms and security systems are preferred. Proficiency with relevant system management software tools. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar technician role.
