Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and objectives.
• Create customized training programs that are effective and varied to meet individual client needs.
• Provide motivation and support during training sessions to maintain client engagement and commitment.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to complement their fitness routines.
• Manage client appointments and schedules, ensuring punctuality and responsiveness.
• Promote personal training services and memberships through sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality fitness programs and enhance client satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Fitness Training from a recognized institution is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and effectively convey fitness knowledge.
• Strong motivation and adaptability to work with diverse client personalities.
• Experience in fitness assessments, program design, and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Sales skills to effectively promote fitness services.
• Previous experience in a fitness-related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with fitness software and tools is an advantage.
