ATHLETICISM FITNESS CLUB PVT. LTD. is hiring a full-time Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. In this on-site role, you will help clients work toward their health and fitness goals in an energetic, supportive fitness environment. The position pays 15000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ current fitness levels, needs, and goals.
• Develop personalized training programs that are varied, effective, and suited to each client.
• Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to support their engagement and progress.
• Educate clients about nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness plans.
• Manage client schedules and respond promptly to client needs.
• Promote personal training services and memberships through sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality fitness programs and improve client satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Fitness training certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Motivation and adaptability when working with clients with diverse needs and personalities.
• Experience conducting fitness assessments, designing training programs, and managing multiple clients.
• Sales skills and confidence promoting fitness services.
• Previous experience in a fitness-related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant fitness software and tools is an advantage.
