Job description
Lustrumfiesta is hiring a full-time Flight Booking and Operations Assistant in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. Join an international travel agency coordinating memorable trips across Latin America. This is an in-person role for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience booking domestic flights in the region.
Responsibilities
- Book domestic flights for clients traveling across Latin America.
- Manage reservations, booking updates, administrative tasks, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Build relationships and negotiate with local airlines, flight providers, and travel partners to find suitable fares and connections.
- Coordinate travel logistics and help ensure smooth, well-organized itineraries.
- Support clients during their travels through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Qualifications
- Professional written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Experience working directly with airlines or airline booking systems is highly preferred.
- Strong computer and phone skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, customer-focused, responsible, independent, and trustworthy approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills across email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Portuguese is a plus, particularly for communicating with partners in Brazil. Colombian applicants with Portuguese skills and Brazilian applicants with strong Spanish are especially welcome.
