Food Production Operatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to production schedules and specifications.
- Operate food production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, portion, pack, and label food products in line with company standards.
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
- Follow food safety procedures, HACCP requirements, and company policies at all times.
- Adhere to hygiene standards, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shift rotation and ensure ingredients are used within their shelf-life.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean and maintained.
- Report equipment faults, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

HOURS: Thursday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm
PAY: £12.71 Per Hour (Paid Weekly)
