Job description
Tasks
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers complaints or concerns
- Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of foods
Requirements
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Team player
- Excellent oral communication
- Candidate inside Canada will be given preference.
