About the role

Cali Connect Resource Hub is seeking a Food Service Worker II Driving to prepare and package food for school meals, assist with food delivery, and serve meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package entrees, fruits, vegetables, and other foods following proper portion sizes for school meals.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen tools, utensils, and food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with food delivery, serve meals, and collect tickets or funds at schools without on-site cafeterias.

Requirements

• Full-time paid food and beverage industry experience is preferred.
• A valid ServSafe Certificate issued by the National Restaurant Association or equivalent is required.
• Safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk on concrete and tile floors for long periods of time.
• W maintain a wide range of temperatures.
