About the role
Confidential project on a project-based / consultancy basis for a food product development specialist.
Requirements
- Graduate of Food Technology, Food Science, or a related course.
- Minimum 5 years of actual hands-on experience in food product development / R&D, with mid-product development experience from concept and formulation to testing and prototype.
- Experience in meat processing or processed products.
- Familiar with dehydration and shelf-stable food products.
- Hands-on in product formulation, testing, and pilot production.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, shelf life, and production scale-up.
- Experience commercializing food products is an advantage.
- Must be Philippines-based; applicants must currently reside in the Philippines. Local collaboration is required.
