Salesforce Learning & Development Specialist – Cebu City

Gratitude Inc is hiring a full-time Salesforce Learning & Development Specialist in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. This on-site role helps employees build the skills and confidence to use Salesforce effectively, supporting productivity and operational success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce training programs for employees.
• Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
• Assess learning needs and update materials to reflect Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Evaluate training outcomes and improve programs based on results.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant, practical training content.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Provide ongoing learning resources and support to help users get the most from Salesforce.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and demonstrable knowledge of its functionality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• At least 2 years of relevant training experience, preferably involving Salesforce.
• Experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role is preferred.
• Salesforce industry-standard certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 40000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines.
