Salesforce Learning & Development Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines

Gratitude Inc is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Salesforce skills of our employees based in Nairobi, Kenya, supporting our operational strategy through effective training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to boost Salesforce proficiency.
• Assess training requirements and update materials to incorporate the latest Salesforce features and updates.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making continuous improvements to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content relevance and quality.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and participant progress.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to empower Salesforce users for optimal platform utilization.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Salesforce functionalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Prior experience in training, learning and development, or similar roles preferred.
• Salesforce industry-standard certifications are a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a training role, preferably involving Salesforce.

Compensation: ₱40,000 per year
