Your ResponsibilitiesConduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leadsUse our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customerEnsure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships
Your ProfileProven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 yearsFluent Spanish for client communication and good level of English for internal coordinationAbility to manage multiple customer interactions at the same timeForex trading knowledge is mandatoryA self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
