THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an AI-supercharged problem solver who can work directly with business teams to identify operational problems and turn them into practical AI-powered solutions.
You don’t need to spend your days building large software systems from scratch.
We’re looking for someone who can understand how the business works, identify where work can be improved, and actually build and deploy solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover workflows, bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for AI automation.
Identify where AI, automation, data, or lightweight software solutions can create meaningful operational leverage.
Build practical internal tools, automations, AI workflows, and lightweight applications.
Maintain and improve an existing Business Intelligence system, including CSV uploads, basic ETL pipelines, and dashboard interfaces.
Coordinate with external software providers and developers for more complex requirements such as ERP implementations, API integrations, and custom software development.
Optimize workflows across the organization, not just individual tasks.
Measure real business impact.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Is curious about what AI can actually do.
Can move from problem → idea → prototype → working solution.
Is comfortable experimenting with AI tools and cloud platforms.
Has enough technical understanding to work with APIs, data, automation, BI, and lightweight applications.
Can communicate effectively with non-technical business teams.
Knows when to build something themselves and when to bring in a specialist.
