A hands-on, customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineer who can bridge business needs and production-ready AI solutions.

Tasks

• Drive solutions from problem discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization.

Requirements

• 15+ Years
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS
• Amazon Bedrock experience – mandatory
• Strong Java development experience – mandatory
• Banking domain experience – mandatory
• 10+ years of overall experience
• Strong software engineering, system design, APIs, and enterprise integration skills
• Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, n8n, or similar
• LLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool integration, and memory systems
• Enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock
• Backend engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot
• CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, and infrastructure as code
• AI governance, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop guardrails
• Customer-facing solution engineering and stakeholder management
• All visa types accepted except OPT/CPT
