Tasks

• Partner with banking clients and business stakeholders to transform business needs into production-ready AI solutions.
• Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle-from discovery and architecture to development, deployment, and optimization.
• Build secure, scalable, enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with complex enterprise systems
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business, product, engineering, and platform teams.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• Strong hands-on Java Development
• AWS Cloud & AWS Bedrock
• Agentic AI & Generative AI
• Extensive Banking / Financial Services Domain experience
• Proven Client-Facing Experience
• Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or n8n
• LLMs and foundation models: Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI
• Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, RAG, Memory Systems & Tool Integration
• Multi-Agent Orchestration, Guardrails & Human-in-the-Loop Workflows
• Java, Backend Development, REST APIs & Distributed Systems
• AWS Bedrock-based enterprise AI application development
• CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code & Cloud-Native Architecture
• AI-assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Strong Java + AWS + AWS Bedrock experience is mandatory.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
• Client-facing experience is mandatory.
• CPT/OPT candidates are not accepted.
