Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Agentic AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into AI-powered enterprise applications
• Build multi-agent workflows with appropriate guardrails and human oversight
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure enterprise security, scalability, compliance, and reliability

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Extensive Banking / Financial Services domain experience
• Proven client-facing experience – mandatory
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or n8n
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and multi-agent workflows
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, and AI governance
• Visa: H1B only
