Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Tasks

• Drive AI solutions from problem discovery to production deployment.
• Build and orchestrate enterprise-grade agentic AI workflows.
• Collaborate with banking stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Implement secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of Professional Experience
• AWS Cloud & Amazon Bedrock
• Java Development
• Banking / Financial Services Domain
• Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems & AI Orchestration
• LLMs, Prompt Engineering & Context Engineering
• RAG, Memory Systems & Tool Integration
• LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• REST APIs, Distributed Systems & Enterprise Integrations
• CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps & Cloud-Native Applications
• AI Governance, Security & Compliance
