Forward Deployed Recruiters are embedded with clients when hiring is p0, operating as an extension of them. The mission is to make maximum impact on hiring in mission-critical environments, including AI labs, frontier models, and robotics companies building the infrastructure of the next decade.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage exceptional talent through headhunting and a deep network.
• Resolve hiring complexity in nascent environments for ambitious founders with high expectations.
• Embrace technology by setting up systems to become faster and more precise, and generate hiring-health data that provides insights into progress and performance.
• Build talent foundations by introducing just enough process, systems, and workflows to succeed at pace.

Requirements

• Have hired exceptional talent, ideally for AI labs, deep tech companies, or trading houses with a high bar.
• Have well-formed but loosely held opinions.
• Communicate with patience, supported by logic, data, and experience.
• Have leaned into AI to become more effective.
• Thrive in ambiguity and bring order where needed.
