Job description
Tasks
- Lead daily operations within an established heavy manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of casthouse or foundry experience
- Experience supervising production teams of 25+ employees
- Strong knowledge of aluminum alloys, casting processes, and heavy manufacturing equipment
- Proven ability to manage safety, quality, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Experience with production scheduling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Schedule
- 2nd Shift
- 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
Pay
- Salary: Up to $110,000
