Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Event Production Assistants to help with setup, production, and smooth execution of wedding events. This part-time weekend role is perfect for college students, recent high school graduates (18+), or anyone looking for weekend income and interested in the events or entertainment industry.

Most events occur on Saturdays, with occasional Fridays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down DJ, lighting, and audio equipment
• Assist DJs during wedding receptions and private events
• Operate and manage photo booth services
• Load and unload event equipment safely
• Maintain organized and professional event setups
• Follow event timelines and production instructions precisely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability on weekends is mandatory
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Punctuality and dependability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments

No prior experience necessary; paid training will be provided.
