About the role
Les Ticey is looking for an independent, customer-centric Freelance Level 1 Computer Technician to support small business clients with 2–25 employees.
Responsibilities
- Install and upgrade apps on Mac and Windows systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot accounts for Office 365, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy.
- Handle remote ticketing and hands-on device maintenance.
- Perform routine on-site tune-ups and local maintenance runs.
