Tasks
- Provide operational direction and oversight in the implementation of current and upcoming programs and policies
- Manages growth of sales to improve profitability and makes recommendations and oversees Bakery, Deli, Meat & Produce pricing, promotions, and products.
- Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity
- Assumes direct responsibility for operations of the Bakery, Deli, Meat & P
