JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Be the first smile our clients see.
• Help protect what matters.
• Opening the office each morning
• Greeting clients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Managing office supplies and kitchen purchases
• Data entry, electronic filing, and task management
• Electronic filing
• AI & ChatGPT experience required
• Administrative support for our insurance team

Part-time position, seasonal hours from October - January.
In-office position located in downtown Vancouver, Tasteful attire required.

HOURLY PAY: $22 AN HOUR
