QUALIFICATIONS
• 18–30 years old
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and approachable with a positive attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to be trained

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sell tickets and explain attractions and promotions.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage the locker area and ensure guests’ belongings are stored securely.
• Handle reservations and assist walk-in guests.
• Ensure smooth and memorable guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front area.
