Join our Wellesley team and play an important role in helping customers receive their needlepoint orders accurately, beautifully, and on time. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member with basic needlepoint knowledge to support our online order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
• Pack and ship daily online orders
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for delivery
• Organize inventory and shipping supplies
• Ensure every order is accurate, neat, and thoughtfully packaged
• Help select appropriate thread to coordinate with needlepoint canvases

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, dependable. Familiarity with needlepoint basics—including thread selection and color coordination—is important. This is a hands-on role that makes a meaningful difference in the customer experience.
