Full Stack Engineer

AIFactify is hiring a Full Stack Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end systems
- Create and maintain APIs and database-driven features
- Collaborate with the team on scalable, secure software solutions
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and support deployments

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud deployment control (Git)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment workflows, and debugging best practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience working on secure, confidential, or AI-driven platforms is a plus
