FULL-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Complete resident maintenance requests and work orders
● General plumbing, electrical repairs
● Drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
● Troubleshoot and repair appliances
● Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
● Perform preventative maintenance
● Maintain common areas and assist with property upkeep as needed
● Respond to emergency maintenance situations

REQUIREMENTS
● Apartment/property maintenance experience preferred
● Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
● Must have own reliable transportation
● Must have own tools
● Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
● Able to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently
● Must be available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends when needed

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM

24/7: Available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends when needed
