Full-Time Family Farm Property Assistant

Our family is looking for a great person to join us full-time—and this is definitely not your typical housekeeping job.

We’re a family of seven with five kids, and life is getting busier! We’re building and operating several local businesses, developing our family farm to grow fresh produce for our new general store, and managing our home, laundromat and other properties.

We need another set of capable hands to help us keep everything moving.

One day might include laundry and helping around the house. Another could mean cleaning at the laundromat, feeding animals, working in the garden, harvesting vegetables, stocking household supplies or getting our neighboring rental cottage ready.

**We’re looking for someone who:**
• Is hardworking, trustworthy and dependable
• Likes a mix of indoor and outdoor work
• Is organized and notices what needs to be done
• Can work independently without needing a list every morning
• Doesn't mind getting their hands dirty
• Wants a stable, year-round job

Experience with housekeeping, gardening, farming, hospitality or property maintenance is great—but **the right attitude and work ethic matter more to us than the perfect résumé.**

Approximately 35–40 hours/week
**$27–$32/hour depending on experience**
**Private cottage in Sister Bay may be available as part of the compensation package**

And we're looking beyond just filling a position.

As our businesses and properties grow, the right person could take on more responsibility and eventually grow into a **Family & Property Manager** role.

We'd really like to find someone who wants to be with us for years and grow along with what we're building.
