- Handle humanitarian immigration applications, including VAWA, SIJS, asylum, U-visas, adjustment of status, and removal defense.
Requirements
- Be admitted to practice law, preferably in New York State.
- Bilingual Spanish and English required.
- Have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in immigration law.
