About the role
Keanu Baca is seeking a full-time Insurance CSR to assist customers and service auto, home, and commercial policies. The role is 40 hours per week, with bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers.
- Service existing auto, home, and commercial policies.
- Process policy changes and payments.
- Help new customers through the onboarding process.
- Follow up on documents and underwriting requests.
- Assist with renewals and customer retention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Keep customer records and policy notes organized.
Requirements
Insurance experience and a Property & Casualty license are preferred. Keanu Baca is also willing to consider someone who is professional, organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
