Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the U.S. and in Europe.
To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in Fashion Island as our Full-Time Key Holder starting this Sptember. What we´re looking for:

You’ll be responsible for:
Safely opening and closing the storeAssuring excellent customer service by performing and supporting the teamOverseeing day-to-day operationsHandling returns and customer-sensitive issuesEnsuring store visuals are kept up to date and up to standardsAssuring stock room is being maintained organizedTraining and coaching the teamProviding feedback on a daily basisWorking with store systems
Salary and Benefits:26/hr, paid biweekly basisTeam monthly comissionBonus tied with the achievement of the store goalsPTOHealth Insurance
