Shawn Davis is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Live-In Caretaker in León, León Department, Nicaragua. Help maintain a safe, comfortable home while supporting clients’ daily routines, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive pet care and hygiene to support animals’ health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organized living space through regular housekeeping.
• Communicate with clients and, when appropriate, their families to understand needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily activities while promoting client independence and quality of life.
• Coordinate schedules and routines according to client requirements.
• Keep care records and note observed changes in clients’ conditions.
• Work with caregivers and healthcare professionals as needed to support care plans.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant caregiving or pet care certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of pet care and hygiene practices.
• Strong housekeeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Environment and Reporting

You will work closely with clients and potentially their families to foster a trusting, supportive environment. You will report to the care management supervisor and coordinate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to support consistent, holistic care.
