Functional Analyst - Oracle Eloqua Experience

About the role
We are looking for a Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua to lead the configuration, operation, and optimization of our B2B marketing automation platform. You will serve as the bridge between marketing and technology teams, ensuring that campaigns, data, and processes run efficiently and at scale.
This is a fully remote position based in Mexico, ideal for an analytical, results-driven professional with strong functional knowledge of Eloqua and a passion for marketing operations excellence.
Key responsibilities
Configure and manage the Eloqua platform, including email templates, landing pages, forms, and subscription settings. Build and launch automated marketing campaigns and program workflows, ensuring proper QA before each release. Maintain audience segments and contact data hygiene, and manage imports and exports. Create and distribute campaign performance reports, and provide recommendations to improve deliverability and ROI. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings, and author functional documentation (FSDs and SOPs).
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua in a functional or marketing operations rolePractical knowledge of Campaign Canvas, Program Builder, and Contact Washing MachineExperience with audience segmentation, lead scoring, and contact lifecycle managementSolid understanding of email marketing KPIs and deliverability best practicesProven ability to build reports and analyze B2B campaign data
