Fusion HCM Functional Tester

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Tester with strong domain knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, preparing test scenarios, executing end-to-end business process validations, coordinating with business users, and supporting quarterly releases, monthly maintenance patches validation activities, along with customization & enhancements implementations.

Key Responsibilities
· 10+ Years (Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Testing Experience - recently)
· Validate Oracle Fusion HCM applications quarterly releases & monthly maintenance patches by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and business-critical process verification.
· Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Oracle Fusion HCM applications and perform end-to-end business scenarios testing across various customization, enhancement, and support initiatives.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders/ users and cross-functional teams (functional consultants & developers) to clarify & validate requirements, defects to ensure timely delivery of testing activities successful.
· Prepare DSR, WSR and test summary reports, providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting reusable test assets, AI-assisted testing
· Preferred experience in following Key HCM modules - Core HR, Global Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, etc.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent customer communication skills and stakeholder management.
· Team player with proactive problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work independently with business stakeholders.
