Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics on garage door systems to determine issues related to spring mechanisms. Perform replacement and repair of garage door springs efficiently and safely. Inspect and maintain other garage door components to ensure overall system integrity. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with clients regarding the work performed. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment are used properly. Assist in training new team members on best practices and safety standards. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong mechanical skills with a focus on garage door systems. Prior experience in garage door installation, repair, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with safety protocols and mechanical tools. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in challenging physical conditions. Effective communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Have your own van or truck. Have the tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools. This is an independent Contractor position.
