General Accountant

Job Description
• Preparation of monthly and financial statement
• Processing of BIR mandated reports
• Preparation of payroll computation including withholding taxes and 13th month.
• Computation of 2x in Pay
• Provide Sales Summary Reports, including GP, as reference for management in approving client budget solicitation requests
• Cash Position and Bank reconciliation
• Monitor customer collections, check update on past due accounts and PDC deposits of payments and aging of accounts receivable.
• Act as the system administrator for the Sales & inventory system to add and update line items as needed.
• Prepare all accounting and management reports on a timely manner, which includes Financial Reports among others.
• Supervise the Monthly Physical Inventory
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
