About the role

RNR Tire Express of the Carolinas, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead a store, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store and develop a high-performing team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees, build strong relationships, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Resolve challenging customer and employee issues.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team.

• At least 3 years of management experience.

• $50,000-$70,000 salary during training and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
• Post-training earning potential of $65,000-$130,000, including bonuses.
