Every day, end-users and distributors across the country rely on us to minimize downtime by restoring critical equipment—including drives, motors, servos, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls.We're growing and looking for a experienced, driven, hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building efficient, high-performing operations.What You'll DoAs our Warehouse & Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse and production teams operate seamlessly. You'll oversee inventory, logistics, workflow, and team performance while driving continuous improvements that support exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure accurate inventory control and efficient organization of parts and equipmentCoordinate material flow between warehouse and production to support repair operations and meet customer deadlinesPartner with production leadership to optimize scheduling, workflow, and turnaround timesRecruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of accountabilityChampion workplace safety, organization, and Lean/5S best practicesCollaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth cross-functional executionMaintain accurate inventory, shipping, and work-in-process records using ERP and inventory systemsDevelop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance operational performanceTrack and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of warehouse management or operations leadership experienceForklift certificationExperience in industrial repair, distribution, or a similar environment preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with ERP or warehouse management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team to achieve results
