General Manager - Sales & Tech Operations | Phoenix, AZ

Discount ACR is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC business in Metro Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time role offers flexibility to work from our office or remotely within the Phoenix area. You will oversee all business operations except the direct technical work, collaborating closely with our lead technician who manages the technical team and client servicing. Key Responsibilities Hire, onboard, manage, schedule, and if necessary, terminate technicians. Manage daily scheduling and ensure efficient workforce allocation. Handle accounting tasks including bookkeeping and payroll. Serve as the primary liaison with clients: verify service requests, confirm needs, and schedule appointments. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction. Organize sales meetings, presentations, and maintain consistent client communication. Analyze sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities. Provide training and support to sales staff to improve effectiveness. Manage escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive client experiences and service. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a business manager capable of multitasking across sales, client relations, scheduling, and accounting. Strong organizational, communication, and sales skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively. Residency within Metro Phoenix, Arizona is mandatory.
