Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical or dental examinations and diagnoses to understand patients' health conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients. Provide patient education on health maintenance and preventive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and provide services to underserved populations. Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Professional degree in Medicine or Dentistry from a recognized institution. Strong skills in teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply. Active licensure to practice medicine or dentistry in Costa Rica. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will work within a supportive team that values collaboration and innovation.
