Tasks

• Execute the centres business strategy, balancing sales objectives with content quality.
• Oversee the sales team, set revenue targets, and develop creative advertising solutions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance with broadcasting regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report results to senior management.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record in leadership, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience in business-to-business sales is preferred
• You have strong communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• You can manage multiple priorities and work effectively
