In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience and contribute to our store’s success. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries and purchases. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing concerns and complaints. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to inform customers accurately. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register. Restock shelves and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to boost overall customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
