The Sr. Global Danaher Business System Leader is responsible for applying the Danaher Business System across Molecular Devices’ global functions. This role partners with L1 leaders and functional leadership partners, and reports to the VP, Danaher Business System. The position is based in the San Jose, CA office, with an expectation of being 5 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, uphold and innovate Molecular Devices Danaher Business System capabilities across organizational levels and sub-functions.
• Partner with functional leaders to prioritize impactful actions and countermeasures to risk, using consistent data-driven insights.
• Lead from the front as a trusted member of the functional leadership team and drive results.
