About the RoleWe are looking for a Global Logistics Sourcing Professional to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple private-equity portfolio companies. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global logistics sourcing strategies across ocean, air, parcel, road, rail, and drayage.Lead end-to-end eSourcing events (RFx design, bid analytics, supplier evaluations, award recommendations).Build and scale shared buying programs and sourcing playbooks across portfolio companies.Conduct total-landed-cost modeling, scenario analysis, and market benchmarking.Negotiate regional and global freight contracts aligned to business and portfolio needs.Partner with leadership, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to support value-creation goals.Monitor global market trends, capacity shifts, and cost drivers to enable proactive sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications10+ years of global logistics sourcing experience.Expertise using eSourcing platforms such as Coupa, Jaggaer, Keelvar, or SAP Ariba.Proven experience managing complex transportation bids.Strong analytical skills (rate modeling, optimization scenarios).Demonstrated global negotiation experience across multiple regions and transportation modes.Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and navigate varying procurement maturity levels.Knowledge of global trade regulations and Incoterms.
