Graduate Engineer Trainee (G.E.T)

Key Responsibilities Assist in mechanical design tasks, using CAD software to create and modify designs. Participate in projects from conception to completion, ensuring that design specifications are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and execute project deliverables. Prepare technical drawings and documentation, adhering to industry standards. Engage in problem-solving sessions to identify innovative solutions for engineering challenges. Log project progress and metrics to support project management objectives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment. Required and preferred qualifications B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. Proficient in CAD software and mechanical design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of technical drawings principles. Project management skills are preferred. Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
