Graduate Trainees

Responsibility: - Monitor all deliveries throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. - Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems. - Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions. - Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress. - Monitor turn-around times and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Supervise the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards. - Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Management, or Business administration. - 0-2 years post-graduation experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt. - Ability to work in any of the following locations: Aba, Enugu, Ota, Port Harcourt, Ikeja, Ota, Benin. - NYSC completion certificate (or exemption) is required.
