Key Responsibilities Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website visuals, brochures, banners, branding, logo design, and advertisements that increase brand visibility. Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines and business goals. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all marketing materials to ensure cohesive messaging. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website and app designs to support user experience and interface improvements. Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to keep our materials modern, innovative, and effective. What We're Looking For Required: Diploma or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Preferred: Experience with animation or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience creating prototypes. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and feedback.
