Seeking part time groom/rider on a working thoroughbred farm near Butler Maryland. Duties to include: feeding, mucking, grooming, turn out and general horse care. Opportunity to ride/hunt based on experience. Great opportunity for working student. Applicants should be experienced handling “exuberant” thoroughbreds and have a sense of humor about it. Must actually like horses and tolerate small bad dogs. Schedule would be one weekend day, 2-3 weekdays, flexible hours. Am and pm shifts available. Must have reliable transportation & references.
