AriseVida Care is growing! We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Group Facilitator to join our team and provide safe, supportive, and engaging group services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions
- Support participants in developing life skills and positive coping strategies
- Document session activities and participant progress
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with the treatment team to support participant goals
Provide compassionate care. Support recovery. Grow with us.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has experience facilitating groups in behavioral health or related fields
- Is compassionate, patient, and skilled at building positive relationships
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has MAT or behavioral health experience preferred
