We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and dependable individual to join our Guest Services team. Guest Services plays an important role in the experience we create—from the moment a guest walks through our doors until they leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and renewed. Responsibilities include: * Welcoming and assisting our guests * Answering phones and responding to guest needs * Scheduling and managing appointments * Supporting our service providers and daily spa flow * Maintaining a peaceful, organized, and guest-ready environment * Completing daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities * Helping ensure the little details that make the Champalou experience special are taken care of We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, takes initiative, has a heart for hospitality, and genuinely enjoys caring for others.
